  • By accessing this website, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions and any applicable laws and regulations.  Materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

2. Disclaimer

  • The customer accepts that the items supplied are randomly selected by automated software.  All items are categorised by age and gender and value and the customer accepts that the categorising remains the responsibility of Luckydip Gifts Pty Ltd.

3. Privacy Policy

  • Your privacy is very important to us and accordingly we have developed this policy in order for you to understand how we collect and use personal information.  The following outlines our privacy policy:

  • We will collect and use personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us, namely:

– To record and issue tax invoices to the customer

– To record and process the delivery to the recipient

– To data reference the automated gift selection to minimise the chance of identical repeat gifts being sent to the same recipient.

  • We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft.

  • We make a commitment to never disclose any personal information to any third party.

4. Returns And Refunds

  • A refund is offered for items arriving damaged or faulty.

  • A refund is not offered for change of mind or unsuitability of items received.

  • Customers are to return the item within 14 days when requesting a refund.  The item is to be unopened or unused or damaged by the recipient.  A receipt or proof of purchase is to accompany the return.

  • Due to the randomness and automation of our product selection, we do not offer an exchange for a damaged item returned to us.

  • If a full refund is requested and there is multiple items in the original delivery, all items are to be returned.  However, if you choose to return only the damaged item, Luckydip Gifts Pty Ltd will value the returned item and issue a refund based on this amount.

  • To assist with a smooth return process, the customer is to contact us via email: [email protected] and outline a brief description of the damage (a photo can also be attached) and once agreed we will instigate the return process.
