Recipe Idea / Green Power

1/4 fennel sliced into wedges, 2 stalks celery, 1.0L cold water, 5 slices cucumber, 1/2 green apple sliced into wedges

Put everything on the spike. Fill up the carafe with cold water and refrigerate for five hours. Drink ice cold within three days.
